Banned without reasons and my payments were not sent to me

They say you are very fair and understanding person. I would be so happy if you could help me.
My account hotass_mistress was banned without reasons. I can't reach customer service. All my emails get no answer.
Could you please unban me, I've never break the rules. Or at least could you please send me my money. I'm a single mother and even this money are important for me.
