Hello everyone, I’m LittleRedBunny. I’ve been a cam model for just over 10 years now and have won multiple awards, been profiled and interviewed in adult and mainstream media publications and worked hard to earn a well-respected image and recognized brand in the Adult Webcam Industry. I have been invited to speak on multiple seminars and panels around the world on improving a model’s performance, earnings, increasing fan bases, using social media and branding.

I started my LittleRedAcademy two years ago to help models and studios improve working conditions, motivation and earnings. One aspect I am focusing on is to try to help do this on an industry-wide scale. So, I have released the first of a yearly survey for cam models (independent and studio) and studio owners to get a better idea of the demographics, work habits, earnings, products and technology used, practices, experience and feedback from across the globe.

I am humbly asking everyone to not only take part in this survey, but to share the survey with others and spread the word so we can get as many voices and feedback as possible. I see contributing to this survey as not only an opportunity, but a responsibility to help improve an industry that many people, including myself, really love being a part of. My hope is this will be many little steps towards big change and improvements for everyone.

To take the survey or get more information, you can go to LITTLEREDACADEMY SURVEY and become a part of this historic event.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post below in the forum.

I think it's great that your trying to give back to the community.

Have you thought setting and post some ethical standards for your survey?

IE:

  • A statement of the nature, purposes, and expected duration of the research
  • The names of those who are conducting the survey and any sponsoring organizations
  • The uses that will be made of the research information. As well as who will be given access to the information and for what reason.
  • An explanation of whether the survey is anonymous or merely confidential. When participants can be identified from demographic data the survey is not anonymous even if the participant's identity is kept confidential. In this case a statement must be included describing how confidentiality of records will be maintained and who will have access to such records.
  • What will be done to protect identifiable information.
  • A statement of implied consent, such as “Your willingness to return the completed questionnaire indicates your consent to participate in this study.”
  • An explanation of whom to contact regarding concerns about the research (e-mail address of the person conducting the research)
  • Any collected information that may not be obvious to the participant and or may be identifiable. (like IP address, cookie, browser type, extra)
  • A safety question to make sure your not collecting information from people who can not give consent.
  • A debriefing, provide support for anyone negatively impacted by participation. IE to deal with stress that may have been created by questions in the survey.
  • The privacy policy / TOS of the survey company being used. in this case that seems to be surveygizmo..

Thank you for bringing up all your concerns. Let me assure you, this survey is 100% anonymous and no data regarding IP, cookies or anything like that is being used/kept from the participants that can be used to identify anyone who takes it.

The purpose of the survey is stated in the post, which is to get a baseline understanding of information from models and studio owners to improve earnings and working conditions for ALL models. The survey has been created by myself and my business partner who is a public relations specialist and has worked with me for over five years now. We have a statistics analyst who will help us compile and examine correlations in the data that might be significant with respect to further explaining how various aspects of the industry might affect performers in general.

Additionally, there are no sponsors or companies backing or funding this survey, this is being done completely independently to keep this survey neutral among the industry.

The survey is completely voluntary, so no terms or consent is needed. If you don’t feel comfortable taking it, you don’t have to. But the more feedback we get the better for all involved. This survey has a specific beginning and end point, with data collection running from January 15 2019 to April 15, 2019. We desire to make this an annual process. The survey period and survey itself may change based on feedback from the participants and industry.

With respect to the data, we will share selected information publicly. As we move forward, surveys might be developed specific to platforms that might want to analyze services for target audiences to improve the delivery and use of various products advantageous to the industry.

There are some aspects of the survey that we will adapt and improve based on feedback and other input, including yours, and we will look into all feedback to make this better and more efficient for all who take it.

I hope this answers your concerns.

I love your cam setup and I'm looking forward to the results. :)
Oh thank you!! Will share as soon as I can! Still need the most people as possible to do the survey. The more there is, the better it will represent today's state of the industry. xx

I like the idea, but I'm afraid I wouldn't complete it as there are non-optional questions that I am not happy answering. :-(

You can be sure that all is anonymous. I can understand you feeling unsure about certain things, but I honestly think there is no reason to worries. we just seek for some correlations between certain demographics and answers, and it is truly all simply so we all know better where our industry is, find out the needs, the areas to improve, in which way etc. There is not way to do it efficiently without having some true real factual data. Lots of trial and error which I believes slow down the full growth potential for what, as models, we actually need. Please feel free to write me personally if you have any question and concerns ok? (LittleRedAcademyPR@gmail.com)
Thank you for sharing these concerns honestly.

Hi there Red, you finally dropped by in here too:) I had the pleasure of meeting Red in a trade-show some two years ago. Lots to learn from her as an entrepreneur and a marketer.
oh thank you so much Dan! I totally remember our long conversations! Thank you so much for these sweet words! I'm just trying my best and keep learning and growing more everyday and just wish to pass on the most I can, and make a difference in the best way as possible with my present abilities, Thank you for your respect and appreciation, and hopefully we meet again! And yes, I did end up here too, as I heard about this great forum for many years but somehow always so busy all over the place, I'm too often way to slow processing things and taking action in certain parts, but here I am, finally :) Great community and all my respect to Amber for creating this great community. Its amazing and impressive and something needed :)
