Be fired for working on mfc

Today I discovered in my work as a young woman intern was fired. Because whenshe studying worked in mfc. But like all models have to be aware .. Members recorded privates and groups and put on the internet. Began circulating in the office by men mails with pictures and videos of her. Well the boss said he could not stay because the company's brand and customer.
finding everything you do can have repercussions. So those who study must have consciousness that this is the interNet not only in mfc ...
Some models Romein, russia, until the United States said .. ah ip is blocked I do not get to see .. You are correct ... but shall put the Internet in sharing sites and already has access.
Who works in it knows the risk ... not many .. so it has to be aware of what they do ...

Yup it is. That is why, when I came to the realization that I didn't want to teach, I went and did all the things I couldn't for fear of it coming back to haunt me. When I was planning on teaching, I didn't even let pictures of me be posted that could be taken the wrong way for fear that a parent might find it someday and I would lose my job. Nevertheless, while I *love* children, and *love* teaching, I couldn't live in fear that whatever I did outside of work would be taken the wrong way and cost me my job.

Since she was an intern, of course they got rid of her; however, if it was a female employee, I don't feel that the correct action would be to fire her for something that isn't illegal, and I do think that the guys circulating the videos should be reprimanded, if for nothing else than looking at porn and circulating it while at work.

Every girl should know they're being recorded - because once something is on the internet, it stays on the internet. As in, the data will -always- be there for everyone to see.



Honest though I don't think it's right to fire her, or anyone else, just because people see us fuck.

she is not a teacher. workers in mfc when she was in college to earn money.
At work they discovered some videos .. We know how men are ... I am a man. it's in our nature ... sorry for that.
I will not specify the job but she had to deal with customers. Who fired the girl was a woman...

The girl was sad ... But our boss said that everything you do in the future we know is very important.

That's why I say who puts themselves in it have to be careful.

I see some models who walk into schools to make videos with friends and boyfriends .. Do not think in future. I am not making value judgments.
The girls who work in it has no problems. Now who wants to work only one or two years to pay for college ..

Although I was made redundant fair-and-square from my soul-sucking-corporate job (along with alot of really good people who didn't have camwhoring to fall back on, poor souls) it came at the perfect time, as one of the next projects my department was working on was a video-training-manual for all our operations accross canada (to make the training process identical in each city) I was asked to do 27 different training films that would be broadcast to potentially hundreds of people over the next few years and I realized at that moment that I couldn't continue camwhoring without blocking ALL of Canada, and even then would still be in danger of having someone in a boardroom somewhere 300 miles from me say, "hey, wait a minute, I recognize that girl who's giving me an AV presentation on how to properly use the eye-washing station in the warehouse, gadzooks! I paid to watch her finger bang her asshole a few weeks ago" Had they not axed me I probably would have had to resign, just so i didn't embarrass the company! (which was, all in all, a good company who didn't deserve that kind of embarrassment)
Luckily Uhmurica destroyed the worlds financial market and the industry I spent 6 years of university in to enter came crumbling down, now I'm free to camwhore all i want lol high five uhmurica, jerks.

Although I'm not versed in international human resource law, I can tell you that what happened to the girl who got fired for camwhoring would be more or less totally illegal in Canada. Unless by "fired" you meant her resignation was politely requested, she didn't try to fight it, she was given a healthy severance, and the whole thing was quietly swept under the rug (actually the individuals in the office who were forwarding her vids/pics would be reprimanded, if not fired, for inappropriate use of company technology to exchange pornography, doesn't matter who the pics/vids were of) I was intimately familiar with my rights and never stressed being "fired" for camwhoring, just horrifically embarrassed - which would have ultimately ended in my resignation to spare my boss the horror (i quite liked and respected that guy), but technically according to the stipulations of my contract and in accordance with canadian law nobody could have "fired" me for camwhoring. At the end of the day I wasn't feeding trade secrets to the competition, i was showing my vagina on the internet. Embarrassing for the corporation, embarrassing for me, but hardly illegal or justification for dismissal.

Memebers record the privates and put in torrents, xhmaster .. everyone in your country has access to it.

It may not be the written reason for firing, but they have lawyers that can usually come up with some bogus but legit cause for termination.

I like to add, if a cam model is embarrassed about what she is doing, she actually feeds the pre-judice...
And from another angle, no matter what are you doing, embarrassing is if you are not good at it...so, a successful person should take pride in being successfull, dont you think?

On the other hand, i do understand, that one's culture or country can exert enourmous pressure...

u know in colombia this is not a problems, there are worst jobs than this... u know what the guys have to do to survive here... so i think the girls trying to behind this, are stupid, or close in a stupid world away from the reallity, because the reallity, is that this is our job, and anyone cares, and those who cares, will never have the enough valenty to tell u in ur face, that u are a whore, so there is nothing to worry abt... just making money :dance:

That really sucks. It shouldnt be that way. It's discrimination. I donno what country she is from but here in Canada I cannot be fired for doing this kind of work. I'm a teacher and if anyone tried to get me fired cuz of this they are in for a huge law suit because it's discrimination!!! I've done nothing illegal. I don't solicit at work. I make sure that my content is only on adult websites. I keep the 2 lives separate. If someone found out and tried spreading shit about me, then they are immoral and a hypocrite for doing so.

And, while camming does not require having a doctor title, it certainly requires a many skills...ppl should take a closer look and respect that!

Agreed that what we do isn't wrong, but many companies use this. Or at least, a lot of the bottom-level ones. Don't know about higher up... And I know that Ohio and North Carolina are At-Will employment states, where any and all companies have the right to terminate employment for no reason. Don't know about other states, as I haven't really worked in them.

As far as letting people know what I do, I'm not ashamed, I'm paranoid...

How many people have the mistaken idea that all cam-girls are whores or escorts? I've been harassed without it being known that I cam. I have no wish to exacerbate the situation.

That being said, if it came out that I cam... well, my Dad would probably have a heart attack, literally. Or my Mom. Or both. I'm not really sure who's heart is in worse condition at the moment... Some of my friends would probably never want to see me again, or feel really bad that they can no longer see me without picturing me doing whatever their mistaken idea of camming involves. I would feel bad for causing that much pain to people I care about.

This is where I have the problem. And it's not because I feel that camming is wrong, but because they would not understand, and would feel that it is wrong. However, I would not regret camming. I have made some awesome friends, and discovered a whole other side of myself that I had been denying for a long time.

Hell, now I know that the only thing that keeps me from being an exhibitionist in real life is that I'm paranoid and don't want to get rape/arrested/both.

...but are they really a friend or loved one if they back out on you just because of what you do for a living? Are you suddenly a different person than the one they grew to care about because they discover you happen to enjoy public sex acts? The fears you mentioned are exactly why I have very few friends and am pretty much solitary. I know very few people would understand and most would ridicule me. Hell, even the people that use me as fap fodder do that! But I change for no one. Why would I want to give someone a courtesy they can't grant me in return? I know I'm a damned good person, regardless of whether or not someone agrees with my occupation and at the end of the day, that's really all that matters in my eyes. Being a cam girl makes me less than how and why? Who am I hurting and why does it hurt?

On that note, my family doesn't know. I know my mom and my bros might be upset when (if) they ever find out, but they'd love me anyway and those are the only other people outside of my husband who I give two craps about.

For all my ranting though, I understand the "moral" confines and the stigma this type of work has. *sigh* I wish people would just get the fuck over it already though. Sex is NOT dirty.

I am currently an intern at an art museum. My boss knows what I do and thinks that it is awesome and wishes she would have done the same thing at my age. If anyone else at my job found out about my cam job and passed photos or videos of me around THEY would be the ones to get fired not me.

I am in no way hiding the fact that I am a cam whore but I don't tell everyone I come in contact with or any of my brothers (that would just be awkward) about what I do on the internet for money. If I get a little bummed out that there are videos floating around on the internet of me it is only because I am a greedy bitch and I want people to pay to watch me rub one out not because I am afraid my family is going to disown me or my employer could fire me if they find out.
