How are some models making their Topic Bold Print instead of normal?

Unless I am searching incorrectly, I fully admit it happens more often than I would like, I can't find anything.

I think it takes whatever font the model has selected for their account. If it's a bold font, or cursive, or italics, that's how her topic would display.
