CB account was hacked almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve only received 1 unhelpful email since then. Please help! :(

I went to log in the other week and it said my password was incorrect. Super strange because, it simply wasn’t incorrect. So I reset my password using my email and found myself logged into a new account that is not mine with the username set as the beginning of my email address. I was receiving emails that were addressed to my old username for 5 years, and now the emails are being addressed to this new account’s username. I have no idea how to access or recover my real account when CB seems to think this new account is the one I want to recover. I believe the hacker stole my account and then made a new one attached to my email, thus making this situation much more confusing for me. Please help! @punker barbie
