Cb ban me and no answer to my mails

Hello @AmberCutie hello @punker barbie I hope you can help me ! My account allesya23 was banned in 13 th, because a guy come in my room and tipped for blackmail.. it was a role play just ! I didn’t know I am not allowed to do it .. next day cb ban my account ! I mail them and explain the situation , but still no answer since then ! I am model on cb from 12 years and allways was serious and try my best! This time was just a misunderstanding and a mistake !I really didn’t know I am not allowed to do it even if I cam on cb from 12 years ! Can u please check and help me @punkerbarbie ? I don’t know what to do from now !
