I hereby outline my grievance with ST Company:

1. Initial Incident:

- I registered an account normally and purchased tokens from a third party for platform use.
- My account was abruptly suspended without explanation. After submitting identity verification and transaction records, your team repeatedly inquired without clarifying the issue.
- Later, I discovered the purchased tokens were obtained fraudulently (via stolen credit cards) by the seller.

2. Unreasonable Follow-up Actions:
- After unsuccessful appeals, I created a new account and completed ST's verification process.
- Despite zero policy violations, this new account was also suspended, and my spending functionality was restricted.
- Shockingly, your team demanded I pay an additional 50% of tokens to restore account privileges, even though I had already been defrauded.

3. Contradictory Treatment:
- ST holds my legitimate verification data yet continues to track and restrict my account while coercing further payments.
- As loyal a user who intended to spend on your platform, I am now penalized for being victimized by fraud.
- Restricting my spending (which causes distress precisely because I *want* to use ST) alienates paying customers—a counterproductive corporate stance.

4. Request for Resolution:
- I demand a formal explanation and restoration of full account functionality without extraneous payments.
- All documentation (fraud reports, communication records, etc.) will be provided upon request.

This treatment is deeply disheartening. As a user committed to your platform, I urge immediate rectification.

Instead of purchasing tokens from the only legitimate place, Stripchat, you turned to the black-market... I guess in an attempt to save 1-2 cents per token? That's fraud against Stripchat.
Why would Stripchat need to send you an explanation? You know what you did... token fraud.

Creating new accounts in an effort to circumnavigate a ban is a TOS violation. Individual accounts are not banned, you as a person are banned.
So you cannot say "Despite zero policy violations, this new account was also suspended"... Creating a new account in an attempt to get around you, as a person, being banned is a policy violation.

3. Contradictory Treatment:

Let's circle back to #1. You defrauded Stripchat by purchasing black-market tokens and got caught. That's 100% on you.

4. Request for Resolution:
- I demand a formal explanation and restoration of full account functionality without extraneous payments.
- All documentation (fraud reports, communication records, etc.) will be provided upon request.

You are not really in a position to demand anything. the tl;dr here is that you got caught in your own game of trying to defraud Stripchat and got banned.
Instead of demanding things, you would be better served by admitting your role in the situation and asking for forgiveness.
You purposefully went out of your way to pay anybody but Stripchat, the only entity allowed to sell tokens.
You have now entered the "Find Out" stage of Fuck Around and Find Out.

Oh, so you bought stolen tokens from some shady third-party seller, got caught, and now you're outraged that ST doesn’t roll out the red carpet? Fascinating.

Let’s recap:
  1. You used fraudulent tokens.
  2. You got banned.
  3. You made a new account to dodge consequences.
  4. That got banned too. And now you’re shocked that a company… enforces its terms of service? How dare they not reward creative fraud evasion?
Now the real comedy: you're upset they’re restricting your spending because you "want to use ST"? You literally bypassed their payment system to buy cheap, stolen tokens, and now you're offended they won’t let you give them money? That’s like shoplifting a TV, getting caught, and then whining that Best Buy won’t let you back in to “make a purchase.” If anything’s counterproductive, it’s trying to be a “paying customer” by skipping the part where you actually pay the platform.

This is the only part of this post that is actually a bit surprising to me, but the wording is a bit weird.

Usually, if you’re caught using/buying fraudulent tokens you’re permanently banned. It’s odd that they’d even give you any sort of option to rectify the ban.

But yeah, like it’s already been stated, it seems like you wanted to get tokens for cheaper than their actual cost, bought them from someone who originally bought them with a stolen card and then got caught. Models also get banned if they knowingly, and even unknowingly, accept tokens that were fraudulently purchased without reporting it. Why shouldn’t a member receive the same treatment?

I can't think of a single site that uses their own form of currency which allows external purchases of their currency. Even consider video game currency...they ban for external currency purchases too! OF COURSE they considered it fraudulent! IT CLEARLY IS.
As loyal a user who intended to spend on your platform
😅 Do you really believe that's a valid argument? You didn't pay Stripchat for those tokens, you paid a fraudulent token seller. If you truly intended to spend on their platform, then you would have spent on their platform. You didn't. You tried to get a "good deal" and got ripped off.

Too bad. 😑
