Chaturbate ban appeal my username timmyge

Hello. My username is timmyge and I was banned from Chaturbate on Friday September 2 and I believe it is because I poorly worded a request I was making to the Chaturbate team. I was asking if they could take my debit card off of the site because I was spending too much money and just wished for my card to be removed. About a half hour or so later I was banned. I have emailed the support team and politely asked if I could have my account reactivated because I didn’t want my account taken off the website because I have thousands of dollars invested in my collection of videos and I really don’t want to lose them. I’m probably an idiot for spending so much money on the site while not ever really thinking that I would or could be banned and lose my account. I think in my poor wording I made it sound like I have a problem with addiction and Chaturbate must’ve felt like my account deserved to be banned because of a possible addiction. I appreciate their concern for my well being but taking the videos that I have paid for away from me is going to do just as much damage to me as continuing to use my card was going to do. I actually felt sick to my stomach when they banned me and could tell that my mental state isn’t the best because of this situation. So I’m not sure but I kind of feel like I may have been banned because of what happened quite a few months ago in which I was banned from communicating with the models because I let a model talk me into paying her through an offsite payment app. I knew I shouldn’t had done it right after I did and then I noticed I couldn’t talk to models because I broke a rule. I was just fine with the discipline that I received and I apologized for my mistake and never did anything like that again or anything else that was against the rules. So maybe I was banned because I mentioned I was struggling to not use my card on the site and because of my previous ban. I’m not sure. But anyway, I’m here hoping to possibly get some much needed assistance in reinstating my account and I will be so very grateful for anything you may do for me in helping me get my account back. Please @punkerbarbie, can you help me? My username is timmyge and I couldn’t find a ticket number in the emails I received about my being banned, just to let you know in case you need a ticket number. Hello, punker barbie, thank you for looking into my situation. I have received an email from them and all it said was as follows…Unfortunately, given your prior request and concern, we are unable to assist you. But I never asked them to ban my account, I just wanted them to take my debit card off the site so I just don’t understand why they are doing this. Do they ban people from the site for no apparent reason very often? I really don’t understand why they won’t reactivate my account. I wrote them back in a very respectful manner begging them for me to have access to my collection, that’s all I want. I have spent thousands of dollars on there so much that I had 17 pages of videos in my collection. That’s why this matters so much to me. It’s not like I have 20 or 30 videos to lose, I have over 600+ videos and I can’t imagine seriously losing my account for literally no reason. Is there someone you know there who can help me? If there’s something I can do for you in return please name it and I will do it. I really feel like I might be mentally traumatized by this, which is sad, and I think it’s gonna possibly lead to a depression. I know that sounds ridiculous but I use this website daily, probably more than any user, would be my guess, and I’m not sure if I can live without it right now. Can you please help me regain access to my account, punker barbie? Please? You’re my only hope. I can’t believe after I wrote them a detailed, respectful request to have my account reactivated that they said they can’t assist me with no explanation or anything. I’m a customer who has spent thousands of dollars on their site and they just flip me the bird. It’s really unbelievable to me. I’m sure I have no legal rights to my account as they have the right to terminate anyone for I guess whatever reason they choose or no reason at all, but in my opinion, this is really poor business practices. Are these just not nice people? Is that why they’re literally ruining my sex life? Because they just want to be assholes? I wonder if my lawyer could file a wrongful death civil suit against them if I end up committing suicide and leave a note as to why I took my own life. I didn’t tell them that I would do that, but I mentioned that this will probably send me into a depression because I can sense that might happen and I told them that I didn’t want to give them a guilt trip about it but I wanted them to know that what they’re doing is mentally screwing me up. I would understand if I was breaking rules all the time or being an asshole to models and users but if you investigated me on there and ask the models about me, I guarantee you that they all will say I’m a really nice guy and a good customer. I’m so sorry to write this long of a message, I admit that I talk a lot and I apologize but I’m just pleading my case to hopefully have you help me out. All you had to do was delete the card yourself and ask your bank to block anymore transactions with CB/multimedia. It is up to you to do this and no one else. There is an option to do this

Damn. You’re totally right and I didn’t even think of that. Damnit. I appreciate you telling me that, thank you. Do you think I have any chance to talk them into giving it back to me? This is really depressing me, I can’t stop thinking about it at all. I know that sounds like I have a problem and I do, it’s called losing a lot of money in what I had in my collection. I don’t care if they ban me from talking to the models, I don’t have a way to pay them so I don’t really need to have access to see them, I would be more than fine with just having access to my collection. I can’t believe I’ve done this to myself. I never imagined I would ever lose my account. I’m a pretty good rule abider. Any advice or help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ok, I will take your advice because your wording makes it sound like you know what you’re talking about. I just have a quick question…is it possible they’ll reactivate my account? I can definitely go silent and it would be awesome to know if they will possibly give it back or not. Oh, and do you mean posting on here or to Chaturbate Support?
