Chaturbate ban with no reason

Based on recommendations from other users, I would like to ask for your help with something.

Yesterday morning, I accessed my Chaturbate account without any problems (username nicolas_cl50, email nico35.cl@gmail.com), but last night I found that I had been banned.

I have always been a responsible user. My verification ID is correct. I have a support membership account. I have always purchased my tokens through the official website, and I even recently paid for a 3-month fan subscription for a model.

The only thing that was different yesterday was that I tried to broadcasting from my camera for first time, and while I was setting up the live stream, a user left me a tip of 750 tokens and then left after a few minutes.

I don't know if this has anything to do with my ban, but I can't think of anything else out of the ordinary. I contacted support, but I haven't received a response and I'm not sure what I do wrong to be banned.

It's been like a day... maybe try waiting for a response.

There's thousands of users on that site with issues. It might take some time.

Yes, I just receive an email that say that im permanently banned from platform by suspious violation of terms (whatever that means). I'm sure I haven't done anything wrong and my behavior in the platform is absolute clean so being permanently banned based on suspicion seems like a heavy punishment to me. But hey, those are their terms, and it's not worth all the fuss over just one token left from my last purchase.
Maybe you can help me with two questions. Can I use my ID to verify a new account? I mean, is the ban for the account or the ID? I can still have an account and buy tokens (im not interesting in be model or make cash out). And second, what happens to the three months of tokens purchased through the site and given to be part of a model's Fun Club? Does she lose them?

Your ID is banned not just the account so no more token purchases. Any new account will be banned instantly as soon as you try to buy tokens so I wouldn't buy any if I was you

The model has already received the tokens for the fan club membership so she is not going to lose them

Just one more thing @punker barbie . I have a subscription for premium membership and im not sure if configurated with automatical renewal.
The ban remove the subscription?
