Since February 1st, I've been trying to contact Chaturbate support to resolve the issue with my account. The only response I've received is an automated message from support saying they'll get back to me. I can't send tokens to other accounts, and I also can't convert the tokens to dollars. I've been on Chaturbate for about four years, and support has never taken this long to respond to a request. Is anyone else having this problem? Have you received any responses from support lately? My desperation has reached the point where I changed the email address associated with my Chaturbate account to send another email to support, thinking that perhaps the previous email was marked as spam and they weren't replying. But with this new email, it's been over 10 days without a solution. The only thing keeping me hopeful is that my account isn't banned, but they won't let me access my funds.
