Hi everyone,

I'm new to cammodeling, just made an account on MFC. I've enjoyed it so far, but I can't seem to get people to chat with me without private messages. Can anyone offer some advice for getting started. I also heard that camscore can drop too low if you have no tips for too long. Is there anyway for me to check my camscore? Thank you all so much, I'm very excited to make some fellow model friends out there.

I can shed some light about wanting to use private messages from the viewer perspective. I'm guessing most viewers are looking for one on one interaction. Its not that they are saying anything that couldn't be in regular chat, but the fact that you are giving them special attention through the PM drives them to continue to use that method. The other reason people might use private messages is because MFC requires a 5 token tip to leave a tip note, which I think drives people to use PMs instead of tip notes.

If you want to cut down on PMs you will need to set expectations for the room that you will not answer PMs right away (or at all), and make them earn the right to PM through tips or getting to know each other in regular chat.

Your camscore is visible on your profile unless you hide it in settings.

It is always found under model settings in your admin.

Camscore is based on how much you earn per hour averaged over 60 days, averaged against other models on the site. So the more you make per hr, the higher the camscore

Camscore affects your placement on the homepage and thus your traffic
