Personally, I don't find ANY of this strange Jebbaz. I too was raised to be extremely polite when dealing with people. This doesn't change, in any way, the dominant role I take with my partners. As a matter of fact, I think it reinforces it. In my opinion, being a good dom requires a similar skill set, namely self-discipline.

It is also not uncommon to be a dom/sub 'Switch'. While not true for everyone, I think it's quite normal to be willing to assume an opposite role, depending on the person you're with and their personality. It's quite a lot of work to be a decent dominant, and conversely requires a huge amount of trust to be submissive. Sometimes being on the other side can be enriching.
