my chaturbate broadcaster account was "hacked" and someone gained access support froze and locked my account then sent instructions to reverify by taking a picture with our IDs the date and a specific phrase. this is a couples account. my partner and i were not togther and wouldnt be together for a period of time so we never reverified. so here we sre now couple months later and we are unsure what to do can CB still get that account running again or is it possible to start a new one? anyone had a similar situation and have any advice? would appreciate it.

CB can get the account back for you, just follow their verification procedure. As far as I know, there is no reason you two would need to be in the same location to reverify your identity. Just submit the verification like they requested it. I don't recommend starting over.

What Squinkle said; follow CB's instructions to get your original account re-verified. CB bans/locks out people not accounts so any new account you attempt to create with the same IDs is going to run into the same problem and get locked out as well until the original issue is resolved. When you get your account back please be sure to enable Two Factor authentication.

It’s not about us being together anymore at this point. It’s that we let it sit that way for a while now. It’s been a couple of months since CB send us that email about recertification. What really want to know is if it’s to late for the account or if they can still get it back for us. Also the crazy part was we were already using 2FA!! I just find it crazy someone was still able to somehow login. We change our password every now and again. Plus the passwords we use are not something simple or repetitive. Just happy caught it crazy fast.
