Not entirely too sure if this will help, however, you could try linking through a supported third party payment gateway such as paypal or others and then try purchasing them.

paysera is Visa Card it seems ? It should work.
Maybe you have this current problem: when paying, Chaturbate asks you your ZIP code for security reasons, and when this test fails, the message is not clear and let you think that your card is refused
This ZIP code can differ from the real ZIP code where you are just now, at the moment of the payment: even if it's your home, they may resolve this code from your IP address and possibly get the ZIP of your ISP.
you can find sites to solve it from your ip for you. ie: try using : https://www.whatismyzip.com/ or https://www.ip2location.com/demo/
(there are also some issue depending if they resolve it from your ip V4 or V6 , it can also differ :/ ... but CB can't get this)
