Help my account was banned?!

@punker barbie Hello, my account was banned and I have no idea why. I am worried because I have heard that support is extremely slow if you are banned. My account username is (sumvirk04) My account was banned on 11/19/2025 and I do not understand why. I did not do anything against terms of service. I have my age verified with ID, i may look young but I am 21 years old. This was the first stream that i made money on and I was banned 5 minutes after ending the stream. any chance you could help?

So sorry, i sent a third after consideration on what could have possibly led to ban. [YDM33J-Y4JXK]. this is the case number that should be looked at if possible. I realized i mention in a PM that i my first time i was 12, i immediately after added that i was not consenting and it still has some trauma on me to this day. I go on my my email to apologize and acknowledge that "I sincerely apologize if this message was flagged. I was responding honestly as an adult to a personal question about a past trauma. I was in no way engaging in or promoting "age play," "CSAM," or any activity exploiting or sexualizing minors. I was simply disclosing a historical personal event that occurred to me when I was a minor." I hope this will help resolve this issue, I just want my account back and I will refrain from discussing my past with anyone again.
