My ability to transfer tokens for cash has been blocked, and I can't send tokens to anyone else. as well as promote the room.

Yesterday afternoon, I noticed this problem and submitted a ticket to the website's support email, but I haven't received a response. Please review my message; I haven't broken any rules or deceived anyone, and I don't understand why this is happening. It's already the end of the month, and I can't exchange my tokens for cash. When I press the button Transfer tokens to cash , then I get an error - Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues.

I'd also like to mention that I broadcasted yesterday and was able to successfully log in. It turns out there are no broadcast restrictions, but I still can't withdraw funds. It's possible there was a system error, but this isn't an account lock.
Furthermore, yesterday the site notified me and all users about a new payout system. I filled out the new information and received an email confirming that my wallet details had been successfully updated.

This is what I'm talking about: the site allows me to go online, it allows me to earn tokens, but it doesn't allow me to exchange them for cash, or send them to someone, or launch a promotion in my room.
