I’m reaching out on behalf of a Venezuelan friend who now lives in Texas. He’s trying to get approved to broadcast but has been running into issues with ID verification.
He first tried uploading his Venezuelan national ID – that didn’t go through. Then he tried a different form of ID, which also didn’t work. Now he’s attempting to use his U.S. Work Authorization ID (federally issued), but for some reason, it’s still not being accepted by the system.
This last part is especially confusing since it’s a valid, government-issued document. We were hoping to go live today for a show we’ve been planning, and I’d love to get back on the platform myself – it’s been a while.
