Sorry to bother you. My Chaturbate account (username: luna_d_coco) has been blocked since December 7.
The block seems to have been triggered after I briefly showed an image from Google related to a cultural tradition in my country (candlelight day). The image was non-sexual, but it did include families and children lighting candles. No minors have ever participated in my streams.
I have already completed age verification again (ID and passport), and it shows as approved, but my account remains blocked. I have contacted support multiple times since December 7 and have not received any response.
I would really appreciate it if you could help check whether my ticket is being reviewed or if any additional information is needed.
