Based on your other posts, I would assume you registered a new account and the ID you submitted is already registered with the old account you claim has been blocked since March.
An ID can only be associated with 1 account at a time. When users try to make a second account for broadcasting/earning/etc, often the new account is blocked for this reason.
However, I am only assuming based on your posts.
