How do I get the tips history of any account CB?

I found a special tool on the web (TG bot) that allows you to get the tips history of any model or member account, I did a little investigation and found that they receive data from public sources (I couldn't find them). I was interested in the question of how Chaturbate can provide tips data to third parties, and how can I refuse to provide my data?

There is a site, i won't mention, that's able to react on all tips given.
If you do this long enough you're able to build a tip history database.

Chaturbate doesn't provide them with tip data they are scraping the information from the site (like sitting in the room gathering the data)
