How do you promote your web cam model page?

I don't do a whole lot of promoting but Twitter has been my main way of getting my content out there. In MFC there's an option to link a Twitter account so that every time you broadcast, it automatically sends a tweet saying you're online. There's also the option to edit the message that's tweeted as well as a gif of your live broadcast. Here's one of mine for example.
