It seems to be one of those things either tippers really like or don't like. I didn't choose the route of isolating tips to a certain range without any action to go with it like some models do. So if someone tips for a flash, the toy reacts. If someone tips just because (except for 1 token) the toy reacts and a message appears in chat encouraging more.
I also included some p-flashes with and without the toy inside. That seems to keep both camps happy.

While men are, in general, clueless about how vaginas actually work many of them couldn't care less if it's pleasurable to us or not. It's pleasurable to them -- to either criticize the reaction or revel in it. I can't speak for every woman, obviously. But I can speak for my own vagina and vaginal orgasms occur from tagging the absolute hell out of my cervix. Clitoral stimulation doesn't do it for most guys because the pleasure is just for us and doesn't involve the fantasy of what it might look like with their penis in our vagina but the Lush kinda gives an idea without having to use dildoes.
