Locked out of my account

So I went to log into my stripchat account for the first time in a couple months and I can't log in because of 2FA.

It wants me to use the Google authenticator app but it's not registered on my personal or work. I tried seeing if it attached to the email I've actually used for stripchat (when I first signed up I accidentally signed up as a custie so had to use another email) but I can't remember my password and when I tried to reset my password it's attached to my old number .

I have filled in the form, this morning (UK time) but havent had a respond yet.

Any help is welcome

Thank you for your reply. It's been about 36hrs and no response. Hopefully I'll get one tomorrow else I'll be setting up a new account, which I was trying to avoid
