I was broadcasting as usual and even started to get tipped more but got banned after ending my stream. That happened about 1 month ago and I'm still clueless why this happened. Sadly the support didn't respond to my two tickets. I know you that writing multiple tickets will delay a response, but I submitted the first one a month ago and the second one two weeks later because I hadn't received a reply till then.
I'm really confused on what to do since I've never had any negative experience with CB as a long term customer and recent broadcaster.
Please resolve my problem as I would like to continue enjoying CB.
