My account was banned please restore it

My accounts sirisaac2003mj and mjb198440 was banned on chaturbate today. I don't use either of these accounts at all to view broadcasters anymore and I don't private message anybody either.

I don't know what terms I have violated with these 2 accounts. However, I do apologize for violating them and I do hope that you can restore both of these accounts to allow me to visit Chaturbate under these accounts.

I've filed a ticket on both accounts via Chaturbate support and I'm waiting on a response on both of them.

Ok. I've created a thread that has to first go through a moderator here on AmberCutie in regards to that other account that I primarily use. However, if @punker barbie and Chaturbate Support could use the info I provided here on this thread to restore my primary account that I use, that would be great.

Why did you create another account? I deleted that one (and the post as it wasn't in the right section anyway). Just use this account.

I realized that I made a mistake after SCRIPTA replied to my message. It was too late and I was hoping the moderators would correct my mistake.

However, my primary user name is westlane123.

I should probably explain what I did on my @westlane123 account. I was a supporter of Chaturbate on that account and that expired on Auguat 16, 2025. I didn't go into any broadcasters rooms while they were streaming. Any broadcaster that I viewed, I always came into their room as an anonomous user (a user with no account). I did send Direct Messages to 6 users while I was on the supporter status.

I have reason to believe that my account was reported by one of the users that I Direct Messaged to, namely @_hp1972_. After the first 3 direct messages to him, he would post a comment in the middle of the broadcaster's room and cuss me out with an entire paragraph in uppercase letters telling me not to send Direct Messages to him. He did this three separate times. (The issue from what I can see from his comment was that he didn't want me to Direct Message him and had nothing to do with what I said in the Direct Message.) However, I was viewing the chat room he was in while I was an anonomous user.

I have sent him a Direct Message afterwards and asked him how is that comment helping the broadcaster earn tokens. He is currently a moderator of that room. And I'm not sure why the broadcaster didn't silence him nor did she tell him not to make comments in her chat room like that.

I don't go into any room with @_hp1972_ as a moderator. I would be silenced for just being in the room. There was one day, I stopped by the room just for 2 seconds and @_hp1972_ seen me in the user list and silenced me when I didn't even speak in the chat, and I don't even want to speak in the chat anyway.

The entire reason I come into this broadcaster's room as an anonymous user is so that I can watch the broadcaster in peace and not worry about being targeted by the @_hp1972_ or the other 2 moderators of this room. No point of viewing this model under my user name @westlane123 if I can't speak in the chat, or tip the broadcaster.

And one last thing to note is that @_hp1972_ could of just opened up the Direct Message that I sent him, press on my user name, and then press "Ignore" and he would never recieve a Direct Message from me ever again. He didn't have to cuss me out in the middle of the chat room 3 times, nor did he have to report my account for any reason. It's a simple solution without making it to where I can't access my accounts at all and essentially force me to be a free to watch anonomous user. And this is the reason that I think I was banned from Chaturbate.

Now the only way I can watch any broadcaster on this website is by being an anonomous user and I am not able to chat or tip any broadcaster as an anonomous user either. I can't even create a new account without it getting banned because that violates the terms of service as well.

I am very sorry that I might have violated the terms of service and I hope that you can restore my account(s). @punker barbie

If I'm not mistaken, once my account gets restored, I will not be able to Direct Message @_hp1972_ or any of those other 5 users because I'm not a fan club member, moderator, or supporter and the Direct Messages that I have sent will be locked and I will not be able to send any more Direct Messages.

I have got a reply back from Chaturbate Support - they said that my account is permantly banned because they received reports saying that I circumvented a broadcaster's ban from her room by creating multiple accounts.

I only have 3 accounts, which are listed in this thread. And currently none of my accounts are currently banned from the broadcaster's room because the ban expires after 30 days. The broadcaster has never changed the duration of the ban from "30 days" to "permanent".

What makes matters worse is that the broadcaster no longer streams in her @just_emmy room and has created a new room called @not_just_emmy, that she streams on, on August 20, 2025, which means that any ban from the @just_emmy room are null and void even if the ban was permanent.

Either way, @punker barbie, I replied back to the email I received about the permanent ban from chaturbate to explain the details in more depth of what exactly happened and to prove that I did not violate the terms of the website. @sirisaac2003mjb is the account that is being used for this ticket inquiry.

Bro I feel like you don't use the cam site in the way that it was intended and probably should find another hobby.

But that doesn't mean you should feel entitled to view a model who already made it clear you aren't welcome. Especially considering there's usually thousands of models online you could view and tip instead. This seems like a control freak thing.

I agree with you. His interest in this one particular model seems intense. Too intense. Maybe the OP doesn't realize how he's coming across to the forum but he is very clear on his intentions.

The issue I've been having is not with the model herself. It all started with @paleale68, which is one of her biggest supporters.

If any of the tippers and friends of this model doesn't like someone (in this case, me), they would have the model remove them from the room.

So what I didn't know about cam sites is that it doesn't matter if you are the friendliest person on the planet, you could be removed from the room(s) just because a tipper and/or friend of the model doesn't like you.

Either way, I'm asking AmberCutie to close this thread.

Ah I think I get it. New enough.to Chaturbate that you've never seen a model ban a user. Only see they stop participating. There used to be a notification when we would ban someone and the entire room would see it. That changed a while back. I can see how that would be a little blind siding.

When you think about it…if a model is gonna allow some other person to dictate who she associates with (as if she can’t think for herself)…then you’re better off not wasting another moment (or token) in that room.
