My Account Was Banned

I hope this finds you well, and I apologize ahead of time for the hassle. You have helped me before and I really appreciated it.

I am not a streamer myself. My (viewer) account StealthGuy6969 was banned, and I was hoping to trouble you for a bit of assistance in expediting the resolution.

I am an extremely active user, was literally online all morning in chat rooms tipping, serving as a mod, and renewed / purchased another 4,000 new tokens less than 90 minutes ago.

I just sat back down to my computer, and when I logged in I was met with the attached message on my screen. I would be straight with you if I even had an idea of what I could have done to trigger another flag here, but I genuinely have no clue. I am an exemplary customer / chat member / tipper, I don't cross lines or anything like that.

I just went ahead and filled out the Support Form properly, and so I am hoping between that and this hopefully the process can get rolling.

Thanks again so much in advance for your help... I recognize what a thankless job you have, and I sincerely appreciate what you do!!

Maybe when you wrote the following:

"@eaterforfun shut the fuck up dickhead"
The message ticks multiple violation boxes:

• Harassment / personal abuse (primary violation)
• Targeted vulgarity
• Disruptive conduct

It would be a straightforward moderation hit—typically a warning, mute, or temporary ban depending on prior behavior.

1. Prohibited Conduct – Harassment & Abuse

Chaturbate rules generally prohibit:
“harassing, abusing, or threatening other users”

Application:
“shut the fuck up” → dismissive, aggressive command
“dickhead” → direct insult
This is a textbook example of targeted harassment. No ambiguity here.

2. Prohibited Conduct – Hate / Offensive Speech

They also prohibit:
“posting content that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable”

Application:
The profanity itself isn’t always banned in isolation
But when combined with a direct insult, it becomes actionable offensive content

3. Chat Rules – Respectful Use of Services

Typically framed as:
Users must not engage in conduct that disrupts broadcasts or other users’ experience

Application:
Publicly insulting another user derails chat
Creates a hostile environment → moderation justification

4. Platform Discretion Clause

Almost always included:
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for any conduct it deems inappropriate

Application:
Even if borderline (this isn’t), mods can act anyway
Gives them broad enforcement power

Not sure what the issue is, CB will have an accurate record of your messages and this seems fairly simple to understand. @punker barbie can correct me on any point but when you abuse another user in the way you have, you get banned.

Reads AI like WOAH. I did look up the account name mentioned and it is a legit viewer account.

But what's really got me scratching my head is the timing of account creation for Orchid (8:30ish this morning) and the OP's post/account creation at 11:30/noonish.

My guess is that they input the comment and asked the AI why it violated the rules.

My head was scratched when I saw OP makes a new account here each time he's banned. Extra stealthiness(?)

Welp. I knew that @punker barbie is a miracle worker, but I was still excited to get the notification that my post had been replied to, and logged on with my fingers crossed just to find this whole soap opera.

First and foremost, @OrchidBlack - who / what even are you? A data scraping bot? When I read your ridiculously long and wildly confusing post, I had no idea what to make of it other than being confused and thinking there was no way I’d ever say that. A) Because I rarely EVER participate in the public chats, every message I send on CB is through tip notes or PM if I had tipped for it. And B) because it’s just not something i could see myself saying on CB.

I did a deep dive on Google, and to my surprise, I DID in fact say that - and the whole situation came racing back to me. I was in a room the other day and the user you had mentioned, @EaterForFun, came storming in and spamming the chat with all sorts of rude, demeaning, and obnoxious things. To the surpise of I’m sure no one reading this, he was a gray, and I was stunned at how derogatory and almost violent-sounding he was with the things he was saying. I searched his name on google, and in the screenshot you will see just the first 6 results (of many) that popped up, displayng what a truly awful person this guy is. After sitting back idly while he rattled off the first 3-4 obnoxious messages, I began to see the young woman streaming getting increasingly uncomfortable and I felt like the right thing to do was to interject, put the guy in his place, and ‘bully the bully’ out of the room (she thanked me afterwards as well).

So why don’t you take a step down from this sanctimonious high-ground you think you’re standing on by inserting yourself in my business - and maybe take a look at the screenshot to get the full context of how that went down. When he wrote “better get your fucking act together” to the 20-something streamer, yeah, that’s when I stepped in and chase him out.

Not really sure where / why the other three commenters felt the need to insert themselves as well and speculate and assess judgement over something that has literally nothing to do with them, but hey it’s a free country I guess. Not that any of you are owed an answer for anything, but the reason that I made a new account on here was because I couldn’t find the login info for the other one that I made, and it wasn’t saved in my passwords anywhere.

Hopefully that all satisfies the peanut gallery, and fingers crossed that I now pass Vixxen’s ‘normal’ test….

If we’re all done now, I think I’d prefer to wait to hear from Punker Barbie without random people chiming in making claims and judgements that are just flat out wrong. Thanks!!

Yes the original post of the banned account posted that message in the chat room he was in.

My guess would be that someone complained about him or it was picked up by a monitoring bot or admin.

I know the rules of the platform as I have actually read them and although many users get away with wild behaviour and rudeness, the rules are very clear on how users are supposed to behaviour. Never forget that the room is a models place of work and the users customers or clients. Conduct that would not be allowed in a café shouldn't be allowed in a models room (within reason of course).

Not sure which if any of the comments where directed at me or the intent behind them, but I am normal and writing an easy to follow and understand message shouldn't be a bad thing.

Hey, my message was for you and didn't have ill intent but just to know if the OP wrote that or not. So you were in the room when that happened? I agree that could be the cause of a ban.
