Honestly it really depends on the shows you do and the type of sites you work on.
For instance lots of models will say a Lush but as a Domme I use it very seldom however I do strapon shows multiple times a day.
You don't need as many props as you think you do so unless you're pretty much starting from scratch I'd invest in any possible tech or internet improvements that are possible.
