NEW tag almost melted!

Hi. I'm a new creator, and I've done 6 broadcasts with a total duration of about 40-45 hours. However, my 80-hour validity period for the new tag is almost up. I sent this question to support, but did not receive a response, but I received a response to a more recent request (on a different topic). Can you tell me if I can hope that this error will be fixed? my nickname is mjanewatson

It's broken, and they still haven't fixed it. Several weeks ago CB changed the way the new tag works. It used to be 7 days, as many hours as you can manage in that time. Now it's 80 hours over 30 days, but it glitches and steals hours. When you get support to fix it, it will do the same thing again (from what I've seen). I'm sure support is working on a permanent fix for it (at least I hope so).
Anyway, @punker barbie can check on your support ticket, but she might not get back to you until Monday, after the weekend.
