obs problems bitrate

i use OBS version 28.... my bitrate is dropping soooo bad .. and i dont know why...
1. internet speed test OK (verified)
2. changed keys and servers
3. restarted router
4. disabled all my bots from CB (apps)
5. lovense also ...

It keeps me well 20-30 mins .. bitrate drops till it get me out from the site.



what i have to do...?

OBS is up to 29.1.2 version now. I don't know if that will help but worth a try
