Ongoing technical problems (privates being disconnected), no solution for over half a year

Hi @punker barbie. This is an update regarding the issue I reported earlier (my previous thread was closed).

So I originally posted here because my private shows were repeatedly disconnecting since early August and I was ignored by cb support until I posted here.

Since then I contacted support directly and I did all the possible tests and provided screenshots to support, upon which they confirmed that the problem is on cb side. The last email I received from them was on 9th of December:
"At present, our development team is still investigating the issue and is unable to provide an estimated time of resolution.

Your other ticket is currently under review. We appreciate your concern and we will take appropriate action. ".

I haven't been contacted since then and I doubt I ever would.

So yesterday I had to reach out to them again and just got a reply:
"
Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with private shows. We understand how frustrating this situation can be. Our technical team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. Progress has been made; however, we still do not have a timeline for completion.

Unfortunately, we do not have a recommended temporary mitigation. All disconnects are being logged on our side.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Should you have any additional questions or encounter further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you."

The problem is still happening and actually it's getting worse — during recent private sessions the stream got disconnected several times, sometimes seconds after start.

Has anyone else faced similar issues? No solution to be found? It makes working on cb literally impossible, my income almost dropped to 0.
 
Hi, I experience the same issues, just not with the same magnitude and frequency as you seem to be having. Problem was worse before, now it's sporadic. Usually happens after some time in, about 20-30 min. and usually all I have to do (well, the user) is to reconnect, though sometimes it wouldn't allow reconnection, it'd seem like the show has started but cuts just before the first 10 seconds tokens get charged. When this happens, I ask the user to refresh their browser and it seems to work, at least in my case. It's awkward at least, and sometimes results in me having a shorter pvt than it could be :/

For what it's worth, if they already confirmed it's an issue on their end, I think they should be working on it as it loses them money too. It must not be an easy thing to fix code-wise. I'm definitely waiting for a permanent fix on that too.
