a few days ago i recharged around 240 tokens with crypto BCH, i have done similar transactions around 3-4 times, this is the first time i encountered a problem where my wallet says the transaction is successful but coinpayments didn't receive the crypto.
I have crosschecked all of the details, the wallet address and amount and they are all correct.
I also have reached out to support, but didn't receive any replies for a few days.
