phone contact for lovense?

So I purchased both the lush 2.5 and hush 1.5. My order says the hush was in my city as of the 20th and still no delivery... So i figured out a way to contact the shipping company who now says they picked up my order and lost it... then they sent me to amazon who have no records of my order...probably because i ordered from the lovense website

the problem is I cant find a contact phone number for lovense... is thee one or am i SOL until they reply to my email? Im so annoyed and frustrated
