Problem with the 5-minute selfie verification on Chaturbate

Hi everyone! I need some help clarifying the verification process. During our Chaturbate stream, a face verification window popped up, requiring a selfie with a specific number of fingers shown within a 5-minute window.

By the time I managed to log in on my phone and we figured out what to do, the 5 minutes were up, and we received a warning. I want to make sure we handle this correctly next time to avoid any further issues.

We have a couple's account, and my partner is registered as a 'Guest.' Should the selfie include only the primary account owner, or do both of us need to be in the photo together? I'd appreciate any advice or tips from those who have dealt with this!

I had to re-certified yesteday, and all i had to do was take a picture of my DL front and back, then I had to do a selfie and of course I fail the 5 tries, but later i tried again and got it. I had to used Samsungs Internet on my cell to get the site to work; Firefox and Chrome didn't work. Which one did yall pick? and were yall just trying to re-certifired?

Hi guys, I have the URL ready, saved in my bookmarks https://chaturbate.com/verify. About the couple thing, I'd say you both should appear on the pic but I'm not really sure about it. Maybe someone else here can confirm that, but better to ask support directly. If you do, please let us know what they tell you.
