I am looking for advice regarding a Chaturbate sub-account that was banned during a live stream on 16th June 2026
Timeline:
- The model is 29 years old / account nickname on Chaturbate @baby_hotaru
- The account was fully verified and had already completed around 8 streams.
- During a stream, a warning appeared and shortly afterwards the account was banned.
- The ban message referenced age verification / underage participation concerns.
- We immediately submitted all requested documents.
- The model's identity verification was approved again.
- An additional guest verification was also submitted and approved.
- All verification statuses currently show "Approved".
Current situation:
- The account still shows "Your Account Has Been Banned".
- The model can access the verification dashboard but nothing else.
- The account has not been restored.
- We submitted an appeal and support request.
- More than a week has passed since the original appeal.
- We have not received any response regarding the ban.
- The account is a sub-account under a studio account.
- Tokens earned before the ban remain frozen on the account.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where:
1. Age verification was approved,
2. Additional guest verification was approved,
3. But the account remained banned without any response from support?
I would appreciate any advice or guidance from anyone familiar with Chaturbate compliance reviews.
