OMG this happened to me several months ago I think! Like you would start the private and then like 10-30 sec in, it would just end and go to away mode. It was happening for like a week or two. I can't remember if I did something to make it stop or if it eventually stopped on its own. Tried searching my email to see if I chatted with support, but I can't find anything. (I swear I chatted with someone about it)

I'm remembering... I had to log out and log back in and it would work again. After a few weeks of it, it fixed itself.

Every time you send a new support request, you get sent to the back of the support queue. Could be that you’re not getting answered because you’re sending too many requests/messages. Unfortunately, support on most sites now take a decent amount of time to message back, so if you don’t get any answers here don’t send any more messages to support and wait for their response.

I know, but I've been waiting for too long and haven't sent any emails for like 1,5 months, I think it's enough time. I can't work properly
