Suspended on CB during stream

Hello @punker barbie I need your help!
My boyfriend and I are both ID verified and streamed on CB for many months together. We took a break and I started back up by myself. Tonight he joined me and within a few minutes of starting stream the broadcast was suspended. I believe its because his hair color has changed and really would like my account back. The username is gingerpixiegirl.
It was starting off so strong and CB wrongly suspended us. Any help is appreciated.

Both of you need to add each other to your own accounts as "guest" accounts. I don't know if you have already done this before but that is usually why they suspend accounts for having "unverified" people on stream. You can do this on the model verification page at the bottom of the page
