Would say most are always multi streaming and its all what works for you and you can handle.
If just starting, focus on one and find out what works and doesn't for you, then try one more and go from there. Wouldn't jump right into multiple sites at once.
What site works for one person may not for another.
Most prob also hide country flag/true locations also.
