Tipping from the lounge is only anonymous if you choose the anonymous setting in the tip box. There was previously a bug that would show the user as anonymous to only the model if they tipped from outside the room, but the other viewers in her room could see their name, and this bug has been fixed. When they fixed this bug, they also added the text "user is not in your room" so we weren't so confused when we tried to find them in our room list or typechat to them in our room and got no response.
