I completely agree, and there is a flip side to this. I have asked models from privates only to be told "click the button." The two times I did that, I was disappointed. Always best to discuss with the model first.

I think it's one of two things 1) a lot of camsites do just go private, and they're probably used to how those work. For instance Streamate doesn't even give the option for a model to initiate private...they just go. 2) is some briefly take the model to disrupt chat. It's rude as hell. I've had them do this to myself when my room count got high; which I guess happens with competitive sites like MFC. They used to do this sometimes over and over till I'd have to ban them (the private would only be a few secs anyway). You can toggle privates off and on though, so they'll have to ask first. It's just annoying.

I am totally with ya! Usually I just say "I'm not doing a Group right now ____!" or if someone clicks to go Private I'll let them know I only do them by appointment.

One time I think there were TWO people queuing up for Group (usually it's just one), so I said that they better knock it off or else I was going to let them take me Group and just sit there, with a blanket over myself so they couldn't see my boobs, scowling and drinking angrily out of my water bottle. Well...it was one of the most HILARIOUS Groups I've ever had and it actually lasted kind of a long time! :lol: It was intensely satisfying.

I totally don't get taking a model private without talking first. I'm a strange, strange person and actually get annoyed if someone takes me private, THEN starts with "Hi, how are you, where are you from blah blah blah....." and I have to sit there while they chitchat before I can finally find out what they want. Mostly because the times that's happened, the person was looking for something that I didn't offer, so I just wasted three minutes of time in private that could have been spent in public, with someone looking for what I do offer happening to stop by.
