Hello, we have a model account "evaabril" on chaturbate that has the tokens frozen since december 17th, the account is verified and we can receive tokens, but the problem is that in the midnigh they tokens are not downloaded to the studio account, we have sent emails but support doesnt give us an answer, please help @punker barbie @AmberCutie , thank u very much
