trouble with second step verification

I changed my mobile operator, but my phone number remained the same. I am not getting verification codes. Did it happened to you guys, and how did you fixed it?
Any way CB can remove it? And then I can do 2nd step another way?
I am willing to prove it's me..

Update: All what I want is to Chaturbate support remove my phone number as 2nd step verification in all of my accounts, so I can get in, till I resolve issue with mobile provider, I want to be able to log in so I can get my back up codes, or to use google authenticator.

You should be able to click this text in settings and privacy that says "adjust 2-step verification settings". From there it'll take you to a menu with all your privacy settings and the 2-step verification section should be a few items down from the top. Tap the button that opens that section and it'll allow you to add/remove phone numbers and even disable 2-step verification entirely.

I tried that, but it doesn't let me without code what it doesn't come on my phone, and now they said my phone has been used many times.

And now I get internal server error.

When setting it up, it tells you to save or write down backup codes. Did you maybe write some down or save them somewhere by any chance???? Otherwise your stuck waiting for support.

I've never been at this point on chaturbate, but I have on a few other websites before and usually once support gets a hold of you its an easy heres my id kind of email. You have emailed support already though right?

I did contacted CB support.. It's just sad that my phone operator didn't adjusted. I am impressed actually they resolved this fast.
