Trying to set up Payment Info on CB

I'm trying to start broadcasting and earning money on CB

I clicked on Token Stats and clicked payment info form, it demands that I set up two factor authentication

I try to do so and click "I HAVE A PHONE ABLE TO RECEIVE TEXTS"

I enter my phone number and it says "The Number already exists on your account"


Well yes, that is my phone number so of course I entered it at some point as part of my account info. I don't understand.

I've been trying to change my bank info too and its frustrating bc CB support sucks and I have like $600 worth of tokens that looked like it's been cashed out but idk
