A month ago I had an irreparable falling out with a model.

Being incredibly weak-willed I’m unable to stop myself from watching her, despite feeling unable to ‘participate’ in any way.

She refuses to ban me, despite my increasingly pathetic PM requests asking her to do so.

Is it possible for SC Support to ban me from watching her? A support agent has told me it can’t be done, but surely there must be occasions where users need help to break this sort of compulsive behaviour?

just click the 3 dots and then click "not interested" with the eye closed button...
Hi Kelly! I’ve plenty of ‘not interested’ models, but there problem is that I *am* interested in this one!

I can ‘avoid’ her for a few days, but then I relapse… what I’m after is a ban/block which I’m unable to circumvent myself.

When dudes say stuff like this I think some sites put your account in a mental health break and you are not allowed to login. Sounds like you really need one and now. Good Luck!

This happens more than you guys would think.

As a viewer if I truly felt this way, I would close my account and write support and ask them to ban my IP, name and credit cards. It's not on the model. This is also part of certain fetishes, so...

If self-control is the problem, he could still go to the page that shows everyone he's marked as "not interested" and still access the model.
Yeah, any kind of banning of his account without associated self control is pointless in an industry when you can just spin up a grey account with a ringer email address. The irony being that the thing that makes it so hard for models to ban stalker members, also works against members who want to be banned for their own mental wellbeing. There's a definite feeling that there is a greater desire to generate money in this industry than there is to protect models and members.

And if he can be banned from particular model, what if he becomes addicted to another? and banned from the site? go to another site... This is something much bigger than banning from just 1 model

To be fair, not on every site, though. I've read a ton of threads for CB, where viewers have been put on protective bans because they asked to be. And then had the hardest time getting back on, once they felt better. I guess what I learned from that is; if you feel that way, be sure, before you ask for support for a protective ban. Because they're not just gonna take their time to ban and unban you every 3 days. Which is fair, if you go as far as to ask for a protective ban from a site support, imo that should be it. Especially when some people are waiting 3-4 weeks for responses to tickets. Like don't clog up the resources, until you're sure. Then don't go back on it. Just my bias tho.

Hello @moj

I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with this compulsive behavior.

On our end, we do not interfere with a model's ability to choose what users they ban or not ban - and we do not override the model's decision. In this case, she has chosen to not ban you for whatever reason and we respect the model's choice.

Perhaps a better solution might be to reach out for help for your mental well being / compulsive behavior? I know that Pineapple Support caters to people who work in the industry, not users, but perhaps they could offer you some guidance or point you in the right direction as to where to go.

I have the same fears that the above posters mentioned: even if we could assist you by banning you from viewing her, you might just:
- pick another model
- create a new account to continue watching her
- come back to support looking for us to undo the ban a few days later
- hop to another site and repeat the compulsion

I wish you all the best in your recovery ❤️.

In addition to the willpower question to stay away, the reason for the 'irrepairable falling out' is likely relevant.
Hope you can break the cycle OP, but really it's up to you to take responsibility to stay off cam sites for a while.
