What do you do with your money?

I think this is a really good question. I often find myself wondering the same thing.

Right now for me, MFC helps pay my bills. However, due to the recent Tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri which is only 3 1/2 hrs from where I live. With June 1st paycheck if I make a good amount I plan on donating half the money to Joplin's Humane Society for all the beautiful four legged pals that have been lost and found from this horrible event!

Other wise, like I said, for me it pays bills so my husband and I can stay afloat
 
i pay bills, eat food (yummy food), feed my kids (pets), pay for xbox, put the rest into savings. I make pretty damn good money for doing what i do :) i love my job
 
First of all I buy a shit load of supplies for my 2 year old kid (nappies, toddler milk, etc).
Secondly, a big fat grocery shop. Getting food to match recipies I'd like to try rather going with the usual tried and tested food that I usually cook.
Then it's on to sexy stuff. Costumes, lingerie, toys. Not necessarily for camming as I haven't been on cam for a while. ;)
Rest of it either goes on treats. Stuff for me and the boys, day trips, huge picnics... Or even treating friends for a meal or a night out.
 
I get quality toilet paper...

Sure, I'd buy the cheap stuff. If I didn't use it on my pussy about 500 times a work-night. If I didn't use it to blow my nose with (saving on kleenex).

Since I go through about a roll every 4 days, I buy in bulk to cut the cost. Charmin Ultra Soft all the way!

My checks go into a business account and then I write myself a check and that goes to my personal account for day to day living expenses. After that a good chunck of what left goes into savings. What I do like to do with my money is travel. I think this is a perk to this job. I can go anywhere I want as long as I have a place to rest my head and still work. All I need is a computer, my cam and a few toys plus internet! I am fortunate to have friends in places like Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia....So I do enjoy traveling there and spending time with them. I also save money for a few trips every year to places that I would like to go and w/out this job feel that I would not have to opportunity to do so. I guess traveling is my guilty pleasure.....

OMG, I love you! you do the same thing I do!
This isn't the only biz I have but I like to keep the records separate so that i can do my taxes easily. Doing a draw check is quick and painless and i get to shelter the bulk of my money this way. All expenses like toys and clothing are easy to pay off from here too.

Working on MFC is only part of what I do and its the smaller part of my income , but still it gives me the opportunity to secure my pension and future and invest in equity.......

Mila you are my hero.
Right now, I own one rental house, a laundromat and a candy vending route. I'm using the funds I get from camming to reinvest in more real estate, but it is harder to do in California than in Thailand! I'd hate to look back on all the fun I had and only see "cheap hookers and coke"! I want to be able in 5 years to say that my income is totally passive and nothing is active. I can get there, but it will take some time.
So very happy to see that you have made the most of it already! Keeps me motivated. :)

So far just bills and gas...and one, count it, ONE, bottle of everclear. :lol:
 
monthly I prolly only make 80$ or so right now (but it's only been a few months since start)
but my money goes to bills, food, helping with the animal rescue, and my mom's meds...
what actually started me on camming was that my family more then usual really needs help lately.. and since I stay at home during the day to take care of my partially disabled mom so it doesn't leave me many options for jobs.. I used to try to work nights at a hotel.. but it ended up being a case of me never sleeping.. I was trying to be up at night for work and up during the day for my mom.
 
It was going to immigration bills. Seriously. I've spent like 10k getting my ass into the states.

I started camming so I could afford to not take a paycheck at my job at the animal shelter and volunteer.

I'm putting my ex through school. Long fucking ass story. He'll be done by january then I'll have a lot more free income.

My money goes to - Rent. health insurance. Car. Gas. Groceries. The normal stuff. Then what I have left over - Animal Rescue, saving for trips home to NZ.

When ex's school is paid off I want to buy a house and pay my student debt in NZ off so I've got a clean slate if I ever want to go home.
 
Recently I've been saving for a laptop since I want to do more shower shows. I have been wanting to paint my bathroom for a long time and knowing that it will be seen on cam more motivates me to make it look more aesthetically pleasing.
 
When i started on cams i could barely pay for the school, rent, bills and food...i wasn t spending money on things i didn t needed, but you all know that when you start to make more you also start to spend more. After a few years on MFC i have my own flat, is not big, but is good enough for me, i dream to buy a house one day. I don t make as much as i used to do but still i m spending a lot on clothes and things i really don t use( that s stupid, i know). Reading this forum makes me to get my ass back to work and hopefully getting back to the money i used to do. This is my first post:D thanks, Amber! :-D

I am just getting started really/ i get discouraged and give up. I have a few trips i need to save for. i want to go back to cleveland and i want to go to florida. i have debt but i dont make enough to really even put a dent in the interest. I did spend this last check on fireworks for my 9yr old twin girls.

I have wanted to just give up on cammin because BBW's dont seem to do so well. i have been asked to start asking for help and to keep with it. So i am here for now if anything changes i will let you all know.
 
I used half of my first money to buy the Canon 600D, which I love. It was such a good investment :D
I just received my second money. I bought clothes and makeup, and I spend some on movie tickets, clubbing etc.

I still live at home so I luckily don't have to pay bills or groceries.
I do have one goal though: I want to get rid of my under-eye-bags/lacrimal sacs (I don't know the right word in English, had to look it up, sorry). The surgery will be € 1800 - 3000 and that's quite a lot, so I'm saving some money to be able to do that one day. It would make me very happy and less insecure about my face.
 
Am I the only one who thinks this topic is funny?
I don't think I have ever asked anyone, even close friends what they do with their money.
Most people including myself work so they can afford a place to live, pay bills, pay off debt, take care of their family and save what they can.

Bills. I am an expensive girl. I love to decorate my home, get my nails done, tan, hair, shop, etc. But I want to save for a house and a business. I also want to give 10% of my earnings to charity once I make enough.

Because there are many people who don't think of being a cam girl as an actual full time job. It doesn't hit them that we do the same thing with our money as a teacher, or an accountant, or a firefighter would with theirs.

Bills! Mostly bills..u know normal rent .. utilities and stuff like that

I also pay for school ALL out of pocket .. i refuse to get student loans .. i am a second year business major

Ooh i did splurge recently and bought a "vintage" boat that i will be fixing up over the winter

Bills, bills, and more bills, and feeding and clothing our kids. I dont really make a ton of money yet but its getting a little better so hopefully I will be able to start buying some things for me in the future. My goals would be, to have toys under the tree for christmas (between me and my fiance we have 4 children), to get caught up on all our bills, than I will start saving. I need to start putting back for tax time since I havent had the cash to take any money out to put back, and eventually I want to save up for a tummy tuck and a house :) But for right now I am just trying to survive and make sure my family has food and a roof over their heads. Its nice having a joint income but I would like to make enough money to cover all bills on my own than my guys money can be like our spending money :)
