As far as birth control, no thanks. Been there, done that. Tried quite a few. Do not want. As much as I would rather not get my period, I'd much rather not be on hormones.

Yup. I had to go to the ER a few years ago when an Instead cup got stuck. None of the doctors/nurses had even heard of the product. Some women love them, but obviously I will never again use them. :lol:

I have never had any issues with the Instead cup, and they don't tell you to "bear" down like giving birth to remove it. They actually tell you to relax. Also, you are supposed to be able to feel the ring if you put your finger slightly inside. If it is crammed in with the cup facing all the way up, then things can get ugly. Oh, and when I am raging, I don't take panties off while camming, and take a couple of days off if need be. That way, I don't have to explain a million times wtf is going on, and why I can't open pussy bb.
