I have the feeling, because then the earnings could be detected by tax offices. I will not judge anyone, but avoiding taxes is hardly in the responsibility of payment processors or camsites.

You know, each country is different. In some countries camsites/adultsites/porn/etc are in the "grey area" (not explicitly legal or illegal) or even prohibited. So, banks might flag and report it(for this kind of wire transfer) on so many levels, so the taxes will be the last thing you care about.

That's what VP of Choice Bank said. He mentioned wire transfer as a possible solution.
But it's still in progress. Nothing has been announced yet.

I read Choice Bank is considering sending the money to an account in the name of the customer. So it's not a 3rd party wire transfer. Maybe Paxum is a good backup plan but we need more information (limits). Too bad I don't have a Paxum account at the moment.

If it's not going to be a third party transfer than even sending the money to cryptocurrency exchanges is possible I think.

Of course the best solution is sending it to Payoneer. We need to push them to this solution.

Because a wire transfer from an offshore bank in Belize with a big amount of money is suspicious. Bank will ask you the source of this money (money laundering, anti-terrorism). Can you prove your earnings on Chaturbate? Where are the invoices? Most banks are also not "adult industry" friendly and can close your account. It's possible they give your information to authorities who will investigate your past and future transactions.

On the first and the second question I would say yes as you would only have to show that the money was paid out by Chaturbate. In Scandinavia how much we earn and pay in taxes are already public information so I don't see why it would be a problem if the authorities checked where the money came from.

Why don't you want the money in your banks? To me that seems way safer considering we have banking regulations in Europe so things like what happened with Choice bank is less likely to happen.

it’s just mix of reasons and they lead to more questions and actions what requires a lot of time and I really have no desire to run from one instantion to another with one year old on my hand.

I think it will go over lawyers instead of protesting before closed doors or they call cops and remove the people.
Best thing would be to use multiple lawyers, multiple sue and try to get money back.

If we dont get the money back we should do everything in our power to bring everyone from FCP/Choice who had to do with that mess in jail for a very long time. Because thats the place where they belong if they steal hard earned money from people.

It's complicated because funds are kept in a virtual account administered by First Choice Pay. And Choice Bank keeps the funds in a joint account. For Choice Bank we are not the owner of that money, I think.

No bankruptcy was ever registred in a Fiscal Paradise(offshore banking)... i searched hours on the internet for such an info but nothing... so this would be a first!

My guess is they ll open only when they ll have at least all FCP funds... not only a part of the funds

Totally agree with this and i am also very upset, but ar the end i think it is our mistake for trusting them by keeping the money in a virtual ( even If "payoneer verified" ) account . I keep my cash buried like Escobar anyway )
