Lol, just went into a model's room for the very first time and this totally happened. I can honestly say, I have not personally had this con happen to me before in all of the 3 years I have been on CB.
See the Image first, and then after, read the message below that she sent via email. I knew exactly what was going to happen but was curious exactly what she was going to ask/say etc. It's 8 am and I am bored - recovering from an injury. What's a guy to do lol

To models: should I report her or leave be? As much as I know there are a lot of bad guys, I would hate to think some innocent and kind people could fall victim and send her money and receive nothing in return like she has promised in the email. But on the other hand, I don't want to be a dick and she is kind of legit and delivers on her promises.

I like in the email where she says I know I can trust her, despite this is the only conversation ever had with her haha

I just noticed I missed this part from me, where she asked if she could ask me something and I said "sure of course", I also said "I won't make any promises. It all depends on what it is", then that is why she said "good, you're honest" etc.

The email she sent (left exactly as is):
im sorry ..im so shame to ask u that..but i have a bad period and i pay all stuff by miself..the question is :u can help me with 100 euro in western union ?not for free ofcourse.i can give u shows free for that...if u can help me ...i will never now how i will thank u ...u will save me, i can make 2 shows skype during a hour each....or if it s easy for you u can put me on card directly..u know i will make it up for u

For me it’s a bad attitude. Camming requires great customer service. After all it’s pretty much a commission based job. You determine how much you make and don’t via presence and energy

Thats begging at its finest. Not ever a good look

Not really beggin, she offers shows in return.
She only may have problems to be paid fast by CB, or only to have a card to receive payments.
This happens often, normally they use studios in this case, but.... and ok, it's limit not fair play.

A model willing to give you her personal details for a WU transfer minutes after chatting with you... nothing fishy there. That Revolut app looks like it might have promise though.

Models playing on their phones ( and seem not at all interested in interact with viewers in their room ).

Models begging for tips .

Models pm as soon as I enter and talk crap to end up with begging for tokens.

And the best ones, the ones saying: you can tip me so and so much , because I saw you tip that in another room.

That is for me the worst a model can do.

It's nice to hear this from a member so early on in this thread. I'm most certainly not saying that begging and being overly pushy about getting tokens/$ is a good thing, but yes money IS a factor for majority of cam girls, so yes, a little slack now and again is great. :thumbleft: :handgestures-salute:

Yes it's a job. And yes its many peoples only income.
But as a cam model you are like running your own little private company.
The smart ones survive, and make money.
The less smart ones struggle.
Just like in any other business in life.
But begging for tokens = guys get turned off and leave.
Well for many guys it's like that at least.

Being a cam model isnt for everyone.
It's hard work, and you need be a little smart in marketing your self.
Pay taxes, and run it good.
It's like doctors or plumbers or electricians, some are really good, some not so good, and some are even bad.
Cam modeling are also a kind of business like this.
So do u give slack to a bad electrician?
Or du you find a new one next time ?

I go for a new one if I'm not happy, and I do the same on CB.
Dies that make me a shit ?
If so than I'm a shit.
But I think we all dont give money to beggars.

Asking members for tip/$$$ support after a serious life event? Nothing wrong with this, maybe asking for real money a bit questionable

Continuing to keep that goal posted while going on vacations? More questionable.

Asking me to send money for other bills considering the above and everything else? Very annoying.

This is more of a general complaint that ties into what you mentioned:

If someone complains constantly about being broke, and not having money. Yet, they go on vacation to another country, are they really broke?

More a matter of getting priorities straight.

What are your guys/girls thoughts on onlyfans and removing older content so people only see "one month of content" since that's what they paid for? Yesterday was the first time I saw a model tweet about how she does this and I get the reasoning but it just sounds so ridiculous. To me, the whole selling point of onlyfans vs snapchat is the pics & vids exist "forever". That's what made me subscribe to basically every account I've ever subbed to.

Seems kind of silly but also sooo minor that i can’t imagine thinking about it beyond the time it took to read it. If she’s open about how she runs it, who cares?

I’ve only been on onlyfans three months and my member signups/renewals are spread across the entire month. I think she’ll discover pretty fast that this is a really dumb idea that makes no sense unless she only let’s people subscribe one day a month haha.

It is actually something I'm toying with. I don't think it's dumb. My onlyfans is pretty inexpensive ($4.99), and basically how I see it is that someone who supported me for that month gets that month's content.

Otherwise, the system is set up where someone who supports me for a year would pay $60, but someone who supports me for 1 day can pay $5 and get all of the same content. It discourages people from signing up, because why sign up now when you can get the same content & more for the same price if you just hold out another few months?

I do think that if my subscription was lower, i might set my content on a 60-90 day max expiration. People who sign up today for $12 can go back and see ALL of my content then cancel after a day. Which stinks. I think that I post enough per couple months to be well worth more than that. I might even consider 90 day expirations at my current rate... hmm.

I wasn't aware that this was a thing for Onlyfans. I tend to check out pretty much any model I watch with any frequency on Cam at least 1 month or more on OnlyFans. There have been some models I've joined for a few months and then left for a bit and come back later. I will say if the model announces up front that they cycle their content off the service in some date range it is hard to get upset about it. I would say if it isn't something the model makes known it could be a thing that discourages some members from signing up or even sticking around. When I sign up for say a pornstar who I like but don't really have the same interaction with as a cam model. I look at her counts and when possible see how often they post. If she didn't make it known she deletes stuff after a certain point and her counts look low like no matter the price I would likely skip it as it would seem like she's not active.

I'm always quite fascinated by how people think they deserve that extra glimpse into our lives like camming isn't enough. If you purchase a package like this you should know that we are human and we get tired and we have shitty days. Some chicks are more narcissistic than others and love hearing themselves breathe and will post every minute of every hour. Others are more down to Earth. It's up to you which values you find attractive in a cam model but to somehow label and shame girls for not conforming to your unexpressed standards making them somehow at fault for not reading your mind is ridiculous and unfair.

Sometimes we're leading such a droll and boring life that there isn't anything to post. I have more "not feelin' cute days" than "hey feelin cute might rob a bank later" days.

The bank robbing is a joke.

If I may, no rational member expects non-stop content from a model. But, if a model is selling a snapchat, onlyfans, fancentro, manyvids fan account or whatever. Is the member that is purchasing the additional content wrong to expect some kind of frequency? Most aren't saying that your glimpse provided by camming isn't enough? But, if you tell them you are going to give them something additional if they purchase this? Is it wrong to be upset if you the model doesn't actually provide anything extra to support what you offered? This wasn't a member demand. This was you the model offering something additional and they purchased it? Are they wrong to feel if they purchase a for example 30 day content package to get at least 10 days or 15 days or hell at least something weekly? Are they wrong to be discouraged or end their subscription if they purchase these additional content packages that the model offered and they get say 2 posts or no posts in that 30 day frame? I don't think most members that sign up for these things; believe they deserve something daily, hourly, nonstop whatever. However, is it irrational to believe if they buy these things they are going to expect something minimally out of it. Most members are purchasing these things because they like the model and they want to support the model. And the model is telling them they are going to provide content in some fashion that they otherwise wouldn't see or have access to if they didn't pay to participate. Again this is not the member saying give me these things, this is the model saying I'm offering these things if you do this thing? Are members supposed to just see a model offers these extra things, hear the model sell these things and just pay for it and expect nothing?

I think the culture of camming pressures models into selling social media and then they get overwhelmed and don't produce content faithfully. I get it, you paid for content but unless she expressly states "will snap [x] amount of times per week" then it's buyer beware.

Your post is exactly the reason why I don't sell social media.

This is totally reasonable.
If a model offers something, when they're selling it they usually state what they'll do 🤷‍♀️. Like for me, Snapchat I say "almost daily" and OnlyFans is daily. If I don't follow through, that's on me. If Im ever unable to hold up my end of the deal then I let everyone know, be fully transparent, and offer maybe a discount code or something if it's a long break.

Sure, it's buyer beware if they want to trust the model or not. But, not following through on posting or even making it known how often/what you post is bad business imo.

I try to be very up front about what they're signing up for, but I still get these "reasons" for unsubscribing. Can't please everyone.

Good news! No one has to worry about that whole how often do I snap thing because Snapchat has updated their TOS, effective October 30th. No more porn or linked porn and no more selling access without explicit written permission from Snapchat.

That is NOT new, it's been in the TOS for years.

I'm positive this has been said before, possibly even by me, but it annoys me every time I see it.
Impossible/difficult to read bios. Bonus points if its part of a picture, so you cant just copy paste it to read it better

This was difficult to read.

I've seen shows where a girl will have a complete legitimate temper tantrum if things don't go her way. Like, maybe a second before it seemed she was going for the cutesy little girl act, but then she shows it's not an act with a full on 2 year old mode. There's no way anyone thinks that gets attention for real, so it's just kinda... scary.

I dislike when models mock viewers. I've seen popular models do this. A newcomer comes in and says something/tips for something out of their usual and they get sarcastic and pissy about it. Like, not everyone has the ability to watch every stream you do and keep track of what has been talked about or established.

Almost the single worst thing regulars can do as well. Too many times I've been turned away by how 1-2 regulars had to comment on seemingly every thing new people would say, or have to jump in and answer questions not directed at them just to show off how much they know about the model. There's a difference between helping out and being overbearing.
