You can not access a model account

A model has been linked to one of the studies that I administer with its own MFC account, changed email and password, when trying to enter again says that the account has not been authenticated, any idea if this is a great problem or not? Thanks in advance

Amm I do not think it's true, in my country there are two power industry that have thousands of studies in the country and use MFC openly as a study

if something cant be authenticated it means the wrong information has been supplied and dosnt match what is stored on the system.
