can't login 2 step verification

i downloaded the app. totally wrote down the codes. when i went to get my code that i wrote down when i needed it, i can't make out the numbers that i wrote down. tried to look for the app & must've deleted it by mistake to make room on my phone. is there any way that i could get back into my account using my ID or something? really don't want to lose my tokens.
