Hello everyone,

I’m having a problem when trying to start my live stream on Chaturbate. Every time I try to go online, I get a message saying that my connection is offline or unstable.

However, my internet is working perfectly fine — I can browse, stream videos, and everything else online works normally. I’ve tested my connection multiple times, and it’s stable.

It seems like the problem is not from my side but maybe something related to my Chaturbate account or the platform itself.

Can someone from support please check my account or suggest a fix for this issue?
Thanks in advance! 🙏

So you are saying that you open the CB website, try to broadcast directly from the site and you get a message that connection is offline? Show us. Did you try with OBS?

here’s what I mean — when I try to go live, it doesn’t say that I have no internet connection.
It just stays stuck on “Please wait. Connecting in…” and never actually connects.

My internet is fine and working normally; the site just keeps trying to connect but never goes online.
It looks like the broadcast never starts, even though everything else works.

Ok I don't see connection is offline or unstable nor do I see your response to the question about OBS? In order for anyone to help you troubleshoot anything you have to provide complete information.

Edit: also did you try broadcasting from another browser?

I think she's talking about the "connecting" message. Usually it counts down from 10 and then youre back online but if it gets stuck it will just restart the count endlessly.

Not a model, but I have experienced that 'please wait....connecting in x seconds' message on CB when my internet connection has had virtually zero upload speed.
Have you run a custom speedtest using only CB's server network?
Having good connections to the internet in general may not show if there is a problem with CB in your area/country.
As the message says at the top of the test page:
This speedtest will only use Chaturbate video servers. This will therefore give an accurate representation on your upload and download speeds when using the site

I tested it with my home internet and also with my phone data, but it’s the same issue.

Not really relevant to your issue, but it looks like you are on a Mac and your "screenshot" was taken with your phone.

On the Mac you can use Shift+Cmd+4 to take a screenshot. Press the Space bar to take a screenshot of an entire window, or you can take a screenshot of a specific part of the window by clicking and dragging with the left mouse button. The screenshot image will be saved to your desktop and you can edit with the Preview.app to redact sensitive information before posting.

Doesn't look like a mac to me, but nice to teach people how to take proper screenshots!

Try Windows key + Shift + S

You're welcome, and to be fair, YOU were the one asking how to remove names from screenshots, so it's pretty clear you lack some of the basic knowledge of functions of technology (which is somewhat required of a person doing a digital job like this). Now you have some extra information to improve your knowledge.
